Why am I receiving a bill from us?

Your community uses submetering to bill each home for its actual utility use. We read your meter and prepare your statement on behalf of your property.

How is my usage measured?

A dedicated water submeter records exactly how much water your unit uses. You're billed only for what your home consumes — not a flat share of the whole building.

How do I pay my bill?

Pay online through the resident portal with a card or bank transfer, set up autopay, or use the Quick Pay link. Paper options are available on request.

I think my bill is too high — what do I do?

Start by checking for a running toilet or dripping fixture, the most common causes. If usage still looks off, contact resident support and we'll review your reads.
